    Yes, our products work well. However, results vary from person to person. There are customers who have had results in as little as a week, while others may see results in 30-60 days.
  • How soon can I see results?
    Results vary per person. We advise that you use the product consistently for 30-60 days before seeing results, but some have seen results in as little as a week. Just use the product according to the instructions on the jar or bottle. Consistency is the key!
  • What are the ingredients?

  • Do Suavai Essence Products work for all skin types?
    Our products works for all skin types. 
  • What should I buy first?
    Our Suavai Essence body butters and body scrubs is a great starting option.
  • Can your products be used on children? 
    Yes, we've had customers use it on children as young as 6 months. We do recommend you use your own discretion. Our products are safe and made with 100% natural ingredients and fragrances.
  • Do I need the whole line, or can I just use one of the products?
    You can choose to use only a few or a single product, but your skin will benefit even more from using the whole line collectively.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Currently we are shipping only to the United States.
  • What are your shipping costs?
    Shipping costs vary depending on your address and your order. You will have to review the shipping costs at the time of purchase.
  • What makes your products different? / How do Suavai Essence products differ from other brand names?
    Here at Suavai Essence Beauty we pride ourselves on not only seeing results, but having healthy skin overall. We want to help our customers learn about achieving healthy skin and building confidence simultaneously.
  • Do I have to continually use your products once I get the desired results?
    No, our products are meant to get you back on the right track, but you will reap full benefits if you stay consistent.
  • What forms of payments do you accept?
    We accept debit and credit card payments only at this time.
  • When will my order ship?

  • What shipping courier do you use?
    Currently we ship all of our domestic orders with USPS.
  • How long will it take to receive my order? 
    After your order has been shipped, it can take 4-6 business days to receive.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    We do offer free shipping on Domestic Orders $65+, except during sales.
  • Do you offer tracking for shipped orders?
    Yes, you will receive tracking information once your order has left the processing window which is (3-6 business days), but it is possible to receive information sooner.
  • What is your return policy?
    We do not accept returns or exchanges. No cancellations or changes can be made to your order after the order has been placed. If your order has not shipped, we can however, make changes to the mailing address and your email address if they are incorrect.   • Do you offer discounts?
    Yes, we often have sales and send out promotional offers to those that are subscribed to our mailing list.
  • How do I stop receiving emails?
